Collect product reviews from verified buyers.
Enabling Reviews
- Go to Settings → Reviews
- Toggle Enable product reviews
- Choose whether to auto-approve reviews or moderate them manually
- Set the Review request delay — the number of days after delivery before a review request email is sent
Moderation
The Reviews page in your dashboard shows all submitted reviews. From there you can:
- Approve — publish the review so it's visible to customers
- Reject — hide the review from your shop
- Reply — add a response that appears below the review
- Bulk approve — approve multiple reviews at once
Where Reviews Appear
- Product modal — the popup when a customer clicks a product on your shop page
- Ghost product pages — if review sync is enabled, reviews display on your Ghost site's product pages
Verified purchases only: All reviews come from confirmed buyers. Customers must have a completed order for the product before they can leave a review.
