Managing Orders

Track and fulfill orders from your dashboard.

Order Statuses

  • Processing — payment has been received and the order is ready to fulfill
  • Shipped — items have been sent to the customer
  • Refunded — payment has been refunded via Stripe

Fulfilling an Order

  1. Go to Orders and click an order to open it
  2. Review the order details and shipping address
  3. Ship the items
  4. Click Mark as Shipped
  5. Add a tracking number if available

Tracking Numbers

When you add a tracking number to an order, the customer receives an email with the tracking link. This keeps them informed without needing to contact you for updates.

Order Notes

Customers can add notes during checkout — for example, delivery instructions or gift messages. These notes are shown on the order detail page in your dashboard.

Refunds

  1. Open the order you want to refund
  2. Click Refund
  3. Enter the amount — you can issue a full or partial refund
  4. Stripe processes the refund and the customer receives an email confirmation
