How It Works
- Design in Printful - use their tools to create custom products
- Connect your account in Settings → Integrations → Print on Demand
- Import to xVoid - pull in products with your own name, description, and pricing
- Sell - POD products show in your shop like any other product
- Automatic fulfillment - orders are sent to Printful, they produce and ship, and tracking syncs back to xVoid
Setting Up Printful
- Create a free account at printful.com
- Design products using their product creator
- In xVoid, go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect Printful and authorize access
- Go to Import Products to pull in your designs
Pricing & Margins
Each product has a base cost (what Printful charges you). You set the retail price (what the customer pays). The difference is your margin. You can adjust pricing per variant when importing products.
Mixed Carts
Customers can buy POD products, regular physical products, and digital products in the same order. Printful handles POD shipping separately, while your shipping zones cover physical products.
Order Tracking
POD orders show a Printful Fulfillment section with status updates: pending, submitted, in production, shipped, and delivered. Tracking numbers sync from Printful automatically, and customers receive a shipping notification email.
