Media Library

Upload and manage images for your products.

Uploading Images

  1. Go to Media
  2. Click Upload or drag-and-drop files
  3. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
  4. Max 10MB per image

Storage Limit

Each account has 1GB of storage for product images and media. Your current usage is shown at the top of the Media page.

Using Images

  • Products - upload images when editing a product
  • Descriptions - insert from Media in the rich text editor
  • Emails - insert into email templates

Deleting Images

  1. Go to the Media page
  2. Click an image
  3. Click Delete

Deleting an image breaks any links to it in products or emails. Make sure it's not in use first.
