Order confirmations and shipping emails, sent automatically.

Email Types

• Order confirmation - sent to the customer after a purchase
• Shipping notification - sent when you mark an order as shipped

Configuring SMTP

To send emails, connect your own SMTP provider:

1. Go to Email
2. Enter your SMTP details (host, port, username, password, from email)
3. Click Save and Send Test Email

Customizing Templates

Each email type has a template you can edit to match your brand:

• Edit the subject line
• Modify the email body
• Add your branding
